Create and manage construction projects, phases, contacts, and financials in one place.

Creating a project

From the sidebar, click Projects → New project. You’ll need a project name and a start date. Everything else — client, budget, team members, phases — can be added as the project takes shape.

Project overview

Each project has an overview page showing active tasks, recent daily logs, open decisions, pending RFIs, and a budget snapshot. It’s your single place to check where a job stands without opening multiple tabs.

Phases

Break your project into phases that match your work breakdown — sitework, foundation, framing, rough-ins, finishes. Each phase has a start and end date and contains tasks. Phases show on the Gantt so you and your client can see the big picture at a glance.

Team & subcontractors

Invite team members to a project from Project → Team. Add subcontractors the same way — they get a limited view scoped to their scope of work. Each person’s role controls what they can edit and what they can only read.

Client portal

Every project has a portal link you can share with your client. The portal shows the project schedule, open decisions awaiting selections, approved invoices, and daily log summaries — giving clients visibility without giving them access to your internal financials or sensitive data.

Archiving & closing

When a project wraps up, mark it Archived from the project settings. Archived projects stay accessible for reference and reporting but drop off your active project list. You can export a complete project package (logs, decisions, change orders, timesheets) as a PDF before archiving.
