QuickBooks Online

Tenon’s accounting sync pushes your approved invoices, bills, and expenses to QuickBooks Online so your bookkeeper works from a single source of truth. Time entries can be synced as labour costs. Contact us to enable the QuickBooks integration for your account.

Sage AI (MCP)

Tenon exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI tools like Claude Desktop can read your Tenon data directly. Developers and power users can ask AI questions about their projects using real-time Tenon data without copy-pasting.

Email notifications

Tenon sends automatic email notifications for:

• New task assignments
• Decision updates from clients
• RFI replies from architects
• Daily log submission confirmations
• Timesheet approval status

You can control which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications.

Client portal

Every Tenon account includes a free client portal. Share a link with your homeowner or GC contact and they can view the project schedule, make selections on pending decisions, view invoices, and follow daily log updates — without creating a Tenon account.

API access
