QuickBooks has been disconnected.
When you disconnect Tenon from QuickBooks, Tenon immediately calls the QuickBooks Revoke Access API — your authorization tokens are invalidated and deleted from our servers. Tenon can no longer push invoices, bills, or expenses to your QuickBooks account until you reconnect.
What happened when you disconnected
- ✓ Your QuickBooks OAuth access token was revoked via the Intuit Revoke Access API.
- ✓ Tenon deleted the stored token — we no longer hold any QuickBooks credentials for your account.
- ✓ Your Tenon data is unchanged — projects, invoices, and records remain in Tenon.
- ✓ Records already pushed to QuickBooks remain in QuickBooks — disconnecting does not delete them.
How to reconnect
- 01Sign in to your Tenon account at app.usetenon.com/login.
- 02Go to Settings → Integrations.
- 03Under QuickBooks Online, click Connect QuickBooks.
- 04You will be redirected to Intuit to authorize Tenon.
- 05After approving, you are returned to Tenon and the connection is restored.
